Self parking for our guests is always complimentary.

We also offer valet parking service for a price of $45 per night (plus taxes) for our guests. We are pleased to offer free valet parking for hybrid vehicles.

We are pleased to offer two Tesla charging stations on-site at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Please note electric car charging is first come, first served.

Airport shuttles are available from the Calgary International Airport and Edmonton International Airport to Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge with regularly scheduled service. Schedules and rates are subject to change without notice.

Babysitting and dog sitting services are currently unavailable through the hotel, however you may wish to contact My Jasper Nanny for third-party arrangements or by calling 1-780-852-9766.

Please note child care services cannot be guaranteed and should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

The Concierge is located in the main lodge, adjacent to the front desk. Our knowledgeable team is a great place to start planning your adventure. They are your go-to guides for on-site and off-site attractions including booking dinner reservations, activities, transportation, directions, and more!

Housekeeping staff can provide extra amenities such as cribs and cots* at no extra cost.

*Please be aware that some rooms cannot accommodate cots.

The Royal Service Department is pleased to offer full dry cleaning, pressing, and laundry services, seven days a week. Same day service can be provided for items received by 9:00 a.m., and will be returned by 6:00 p.m. Laundry bags with the price list can be found in every guest room.

Pets are always welcome at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. A $50 fee per room, per night, will be applied regardless of the number of pets staying with you. This fee includes the use of water bowls and dog beds, and covers a deep cleaning service for your room upon departure.

Bell Staff are located at the entrance of the main lodge, and will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Our Bell Staff also offer a 24 hours on property shuttle service. If you need any assistance, please dial extension 55 from your room.

Our Spa and Boutique Level is home to a variety of gift shops and luxury boutiques to bring you the very best shopping experience.

A Resort Fee of $50 CAD per room, per night (see inclusions) plus applicable GST and Provincial Hotel Tax applies. This fee will be added to your guest room folio upon check-out, therefore eliminating multiple individual charges.

Skis are not permitted in the guest rooms. Therefore, we are pleased to provide ski storage at the Bell Desk.

Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk at no extra cost.

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has two fully accessible rooms located in the Main Lodge. These rooms have two double beds and an unobstructed walkway. The bathrooms have a roll-in shower, lowered vanity and safety rails. The main guest room door has a lower peephole. Additional rooms with some accessible features are located throughout the property. Please contact our reservations team for more information and to determine which room type would best meet your needs.
